One of my Bucketlist.
When i was kid, i always had a dream about this waterpuppet. That time, there's no internet so i dont know what it is. Until i grow up, and i just knew that it is waterpuppet in Vietnam, IDK...maybe i was vietnamese in previous life (?)

Asian Para-games 2018, Jakarta

Continuing the Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta,
a month after, we also held Asian Para Games 2018. Eventhough the days duration were so short, but i managed to watch several games and the closing ceremony also

The Practice, Yoga Bali

I like yoga.

i think one of the activity that i can reach mindfulness.

As you know,  my depression and anxiety, o boi you know i really need this activity.

Of course i am not the yoga expert ones. I cant do the handstand or those awesome moves, remember...i am still an overweight person.

However, still it doesnt stop me to do yoga.

In Bali, i always go to Canggu area, The Practice.

its been two times already in this 2018 i go there. That howd i'm so happy in this place.
