I like yoga.
i think one of the activity that i can reach mindfulness.
As you know, my depression and anxiety, o boi you know i really need this activity.
Of course i am not the yoga expert ones. I cant do the handstand or those awesome moves, remember...i am still an overweight person.
However, still it doesnt stop me to do yoga.
In Bali, i always go to Canggu area, The Practice.
its been two times already in this 2018 i go there. That howd i'm so happy in this place.
